Physical Therapy - Cyclone Sports Medicine
Iowa State University organized the campus' first physical therapy center in August 1990. It is designed to aid in the rehabilitation of ISU students, faculty and staff members who have suffered injury or illness.
Cyclone Sports Medicine is available to persons of all ages with written referral from a provider. This may be obtained from a Thielen Student Health Center provider or your personal physician or provider. The staff of Cyclone Sport Medicine is trained to help people who have suffered a wide variety of injuries, including sports and work related ailments.
The physical therapy staff is all licensed in the State of Iowa, and includes:
- Brent Bowser, PTA (Physical Therapists Assistant)
- Dabney Larson-Hargrafen, PT, SCS, ATC (Physical Therapist, Sports Certified Specialist, Certified Athletic Trainer)
- Jim Nespor, PT, ATC
