Fitness Testing
Fitness Testing is private and conducted in 45 minutes to 1 hour consultations.
A session includes measurements with a fitness specialist in:
- Height and weight
- Flexibility
- Body composition estimation with skinfold calipers
- Resting heart rate
- Resting blood pressure
- Upper & lower extremity strength & endurance
Typically the initial consultation precedes a follow-up meeting which lasts 20-30 minutes.
